Implications for routing
What are the expected implications for routing? Is a router expected to prevent pedestrians from using a road with such a tag? That wouldn’t be a good idea because roads with a cycleway=* tag—which are susceptible of getting this tag—are more frequent than roads with full sidewalk mapping.
