How to tag changes to a road next to a construction site

I added a construction site which also requires changes to the road next to it, since only 2 of 3 lanes are available and no parking. I could just replace the previous data, but then whoever removes the construction site has to check this and re-survey and re-add the previous tags. For now, I prefixed the previous tags with after_construction:* so mappers know to use this data later. I also added a note to explain more. See https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/684206217 / https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/69288852. One thing that is missing is to also add a note to the landuse=construction as well so Mappers know to check the road. However, I wonder what others do in this situation? --Tordans (talk) 22:26, 16 April 2019 (UTC)

Update: I thought about it more and now asked over at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Talk:Conditional_restrictions#Construction_without_known_end_date --Tordans (talk) 12:26, 20 April 2019 (UTC)

How to tag temporary construction compounds

Where a construction compound has been allocated during the construction period, but will be returned to former use afterwards, as opposed to being intended as a permanent change of landuse, which is the actual construction itself, e.g. temporary concrete batching plant, temporary construction worker accommodation / welfare units?

landuse=construction;construction=construction
