merge

How merge is supposed to work? What would be point of it? Key and value are inherently under different titles. And deleting content here would remove description of that value (used for example for taginfo) Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 16:38, 16 January 2021 (UTC)

With fee=yes there is a redirect to fee=*. Is this the way it could be managed with toll=yes in the same way? Otherwise I will revert my merge edit and leave it as it is. --Chris2map (talk) 17:13, 16 January 2021 (UTC)
