ref=* tag in node network routes

"Do not use the "ref" tags, they cause a rendering mess". The Dutch have switched to ref=* for all node networks. The note=* tag is now free for its regular use. Rendering has improved, I think. Maybe this instruction should be reconsidered? --Peter Elderson (talk) 06:37, 15 August 2020 (UTC)
