Tactile_map vs. tactile_model

What differences tactile_map & tactile_model? --Calibrator 13:57, 16 March 2010 (UTC)

A tactile map is like a map, very flat (< 1cm), only a relief. A tactile map primarily informs about finding a way.
A tactile model has 3D buildings with roofs and structures of the houses to feel. Usually the houses are 5 to 50 cm high. Tactile models also offer information about the architecture. Lulu-Ann
