Merge with template:WIP
Referring to the recent "merge" request I would first rename (move) the Template:WIP to Template:Work in progress and then merge the Template:Under construction to the new named template Work in progress. "WIP" is too unclear and "under construction" could be confused with relation to map content. So "Work in progress" seams to me a good compromise.
