Description
This proposal adds a tag smoking in order to describe if smoking at a certain location (pub/cafe/club/bar/restaurant etc.) is permitted or not.
Tagging
| Tag | Description | Picture | Usage |
|---|---|---|---|
| smoking=yes | Smoking is permitted. | ||
| smoking=no | Smoking is not permitted. | ||
| smoking=segregated | There are separate (segregated) sections/areas for smoking/non-smoking. | ||
| smoking=dedicated | This bar/pub/restaurant is dedicated to smoking. It is called Raucherclub (=smoking club) in Germany. Additional access restrictions (members only) may apply which should be described with an access tag. A Raucherclub is a legal way to circumcise smoking restrictions for pubs/restaurants in Germany. Non-members are not allowed to enter and must apply for membership. | ||
| access=members_only | Only members who applied for a membership are allowed to enter. Used in Germany in combination with smoking=dedicated since only members are allowed to enter a Raucherclub (=smoking club). |
