My name is Davide Prade and I am a Informatics Engineer with a master degree in Computer Engineering with summa cum laude at the University of Trieste.
I like multidisciplinary environments and I have several passions: scientific informatics, parallel computing (supercomputing), scientific visualization, system engineering, software engineering... and now also OSM!
I am mapping my beautiful city Trieste (north-east of Italy)... near zones... and sometimes over...
My equipment is a Nokia N70 mobile phone, a bluetooth GPS receiver, and Mobile Trail Explorer application.
I use JOSM on the fantastic Linux Fedora distribution to edit all the GPX trails downloaded from my mobile device.
