Transmission capacity is limited by the 220 kV AC line (150 MW ?) and not by the HVDC line: The comparable Inter Island HVDC Pole 3 with ± 350 kV is rated at 700 MW, however Skagerrak-4 from 2014 is rated 715 MW at ± 500 kV
