I currently use two rulesets. One is finished set that resembles Mapnik renderings with touristic information for Poland added (though it is also working with Czech Republic, but I am unable to properly test it).
Other One is in process of building, which is somewhat hindered by some problems with custom shapes. Nevertheless idea is to get that look and feel of old paper maps. I try to achieve look similar to old PPWK maps.
