I’m User LukeLR on OSM. I love OSM for its privacy, since all other big mapping services are commercial and collect personal data. Still, it’s hard to access their data freely, e.g., without giving them data on every usage. I also love the collaboration aspect about OSM, which makes the maps much more accurate, especially outside bigger cities. Much more information can be found in OSM than in the proprietary competitiors that don’t allow their users to edit the data. Open data is the future!
