OSM activity

I came to know OSM while looking for way to embed custom maps on my website. Then, I started mapping in 2010 and almost immediately I realized the need for a good GPS device and I bought a Garmin 60CSx, one of the best investments I have ever done.

With it I added and adjusted several hiking paths in the Forti area, behind Genova and between Mt. Beigua and Reixa, behind Arenzano. I also mapped this area that was completely empty.

Right now I am playing with QA tools to fix problems in the map and participating to the HOT mapping effort with the help of the OSM Tasking Manager.

On my personal website I use OSM maps through the Leaflet library to show the position of geo-referenced photos taken everywhere I go.
