Your contribution to the Default speed limits page: Speed limits in Spain

Hi Almorca, thank you for your contribution to Default_speed_limits! However, I had to undo your addition because it did not confirm to the rules laid down for this table: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Default_speed_limits#Extending_or_updating_this_table

In particular, the values in the table must be machine-readable: The values there need to be what would be in the maxspeed tag, 50/30 is not a valid value. Furthermore, if it is at all possible, it is always better to link a primary source, i.e. the legislation itself.

So anyway, as far as I understand, what changed is that in built-up areas (urban), the speed limit is now not always 50, but 30 if the road has just one lane for each direction. And possibly more. So what you should then do is to add a new row above "urban" and add for the road type "road with not more than 1 lane in each direction", put the 30 there.

I read something about 20 for "roads with no sidewalks" or something as well? So this could maybe be added too.

Also, it would be super useful that if indeed the law changed, the link to the legislation (cite note 86 and 87) would also be updated to link to the current legislation.
