Kyiv Oblast multilingual names

Hi Monstrofil,

About your constant reverting of my changes to the international names of Kyiv Oblast with the comment "Reverting changes. This relation is protected for editing without discussion. Please contact OSM UA community (http://t.me/osmUA) for help":

The user Poliakoff Mykhailo renamed this relation to Kyiv in many languages and was reverted by Pikse (check the discussion on https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/65547751 where Pikse refers to https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/64937230 where SomeoneElse, moderator of OpenStreetMap and member of the DWG (data working group) explains that the international names cannot be controlled by anyone and are based on evidence for their use in that language).

Poliakoff Mykhailo then reverted everything again, stating that "PIKSE did not communicate with the Ukrainians about the use of the translation kyiv French, Italian Catalan and so on.".

By the way, where has it been decided that edits on https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/71248 had to be discussed outside OpenStreetMap? I don’t have Telegram, by the way.

Please stop reverting as a way to keep Ukrainian names instead of correct translated names. OpenStreetMap is not a political tool.
