How to Map

Simply add the tag barrier=bollard to the node where the bollard is.

By default access=no foot=yes bicycle=yes is implied. So tag who can pass the node.
Always place the node barrier before a crossing if it's placed on a highway alone, or at the common node between the linear barrier and the way.

It can be tagged to a way if it's a line of bollards around a pedestrian area.
