Certificate of Insurance
- The New School is looking for a certificate of insurance
- What is it? Where do we get it?
- Alyssa will forward along more information from New School
- For us to sign the contract we need to have insurance
Insurance:
- We should get some board insurance in general
- Cover ourselves in case something goes wrong or sues the corporation
- What collection of things will be cost-effective
- We should ask Mark Diskin about insurance for the board, for the organization, etc.

Scholarships in SOTM US sponsorship
- Alyssa wants to get on the phone and talk with Cat
- They need to be a sponsor, they can't just buy scholarships
