Name of the feature in the Transylvanian Saxon dialect, which has no ISO 639 code. gem
is actually the ISO 639 code for the entire Germanic language family, which includes English. The misuse of this code to represent Transylvanian Saxon was proposed on the talk-de mailing list in 2015 [1] and implemented in 34696148 (achavi, OSMLab).
Use name:de=* instead for the name in the German language.
