Mapping weekends

Mapping events are typically weekends, where people gather in a particular town, and try to map as much of that town as they can. Of course this type of event doesn't always happen as a full weekend-long thing, so the more generic term "Mapping parties" is used more these days.

Category:OpenStreetMap workshop locations and Category:Mapping Party have a list of places that have been targeted so far. Current events contains a list of events that are about to happen.
