Proposal

Exactly like amenity=dentist it could be useful to separate the general competences of amenity=doctors with other specific competencies like amenity=nutritionist.

I have to note that at least in Italy there is a difference between dietitians and nutritionists. The first is a sanitary operator working with doctors, schools, nursing homes, canteens, hospitals, ..., managing diets as a nutritional advisor. A nutritionist can also nurse alimentary upsets like diabet, celiac disease, etc.
