A doctor's office is a place you can go to get medical attention or a check up from a physician; also known as a doctor's surgery in the UK. These range from a single doctor's office to larger establishments, please tag the size of the office in some way.
Usage
This tag is the most common way of signifying a doctor's office and is present in, for example, the Potlatch and JOSM presets. See taginfo for amenity=doctors. It can be used on nodes or areas. The name=*, if given, should be whatever's visible on the ground - whether that's a person's name or the name of a practice.
