I think audio beacons can also be outside.

In Hannover there are at least two burried radio loudspeakers.
Audio beacons can be other things
Like fountains or other installations, that emitt sound continuously. How to add audio beacon to that?
Operating times
It might be, that an audio beacon is turned off at night. It should be allowed to combine the tag with Opening_hours.
difference to speech output?
Can you make clearer, when it is speech output (like at a vending machine or an elevator) and when it is an audio beacon?
