Proposal
Create a new/value to specify the carpooling usage of some car park. The goal of carpooling is to share private vehicle by some peoples who defined a rendez-vous on a parking.
Applies to
A parking used to left vehicles by people who do carpooling. "Carpooling (also known as car-sharing, ride-sharing, lift-sharing and covoiturage), is the sharing of car journeys so that more than one person travels in a car". extract from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carpool
Required tags
The tag parking=carpool is added on objects who was already tag as amenity=parking.
See also
amenity=car_sharing the car sharing is a process to share not owned car, this is different than carpooling where you use your car.
