Proposed value
Intent: To mark the area for shooting. Sometimes it's better we know where the bullets fly!
In Switzerland nearly all villages have its own shooting range because our militia army require that every soldier shoots once a year. Usually local shooting clubs own those shooting ranges. Therefore I choosed the sport group and not the military group. The smaller shooting ranges usually includes smaller tracks and footways that are locked during shooting. The lock gates can easily tagged with highway=gate, but the whole area should be tagged with this tag.
