Rationale
I hereby propose an extension to the already existing "amenity=parking" tag. As there are several kinds of parking lots, users should be able to tag those differences. The need for this has already been identified in Parking#Open_Issues.
Description
The existing "amenity=parking" tag is extended with three new keys: "parking", "fee" and "disabled_spaces". "parking" describes the kind of (car) park. "fee" shows if there is a fee to pay. The amount of money to pay should not be included. Finally, "disabled_spaces" should be used, if there are spaces reserved for disabled people.
In general, we could also include the tags "parking=park_ride" and "parking=bicycle", but there are already tags for those purposes.
Tags
All tags could be applied to nodes or areas.
