WMS service down?

Hi. I'm getting some strange error messages back from the WMS server instead of images: For example this returns:

msDrawMap(): Image handling error. Failed to draw layer named 'orthophoto_yverdon'. msDrawRaster(): Unable to access file. orthophoto_yverdon_2007.tif using full path orthophoto_yverdon_2007.tif

</ServiceExceptionReport>
