Nov 2011
Currently, the "server" component of the branch is in good shape, but the "frontend" part needs to be updated and polished. Most of the work here requires reviewing and cleaning the existing code. For example, using a templating engine such as [1] or returning pre-formatted HTML for the note pop-ups.
The openstreetbugs branch needs to be moved to rails3. TomH has done some incomplete work which needs to be pushed before you can work on this. The GeoRSS API should be stable, GeoJSON is still missing.
Jan 2012
TomH has moved the code to Rails 3 and started doing some of the residual work. This will be pushed soon for collaboration.
