Post-run manual cleanup followups
- #53524487 #53604250 - Deleted accidental upload duplicates. First reported in the forum by zstadler.
- 53532857, 53532932, 53533478, 53533734, 53539624, 53545146 - Manually cleaned up after a bug: If a stop is glued to a road, the script may move the road. First reported in 49148167 by Sanniu. Bug details below.
- #53604619, #53605594 - Eilat fixes. The Overpass bounding box was accidentally too small in some edits, causing Eilat to end up in an inconsistent state. These changesets resolved this.
- Additionally, many manual stop duplicate removals were made.
