About Vision Mappers
Vision mappers is a chapter created for students at the institute of survey and land management, that works hand in hand with Cartography Student Association and it welcomes all students who are interested in exploring the world.
Mission and Objectives
Mission
The mission of this chapter is to utilize geo spatial knowledge as means of creating and developing maps, collecting and analyzing data that will address local and world wide challenges. Our aim is to support and create opportunities for students to develop interests in the fields of mapping.
Objective
- The objective of the chapter is to bring harmony and promote interest in mapping, the CHAPTER and the CSA department along with the fellow students and faculty.
- The chapter also seeks to represent students’ needs and wants in regard to the study of geography and to provide a forum for the presentation of innovative ideas to the benefit of the institute community.
