Summary

Description
English: Horswell Rock East Cardinal light buoy PL at 49d 12m 43.3s N, 123d 55m 57.3s W (Black, yellow and black). Off Departure Bay, Nanaimo, British Columbia. Five Fingers Islands in near background, Sechelt on Sushine Coast across Georgia Strait in distant background. The characteristics of this aide indicate that the safe water is to the east of the buoy.
