Deutsch: Siegelmarke in Ausführung als Prägesiegel eines bayerischen Notars auf einer Urkunde vom 15. Februar 2001, in der Umschrift oben der Name des Notars, unten „NOTAR IN MÜNCHEN“, und mit dem kleinen bayerischen Staatswappen als Siegelbild.
§ 3 der Verordnung zur Ausführung des Gesetzes über das Wappen des Freistaates Bayern (AVWpG) bestimmt
„Das kleine Staatswappen führen außerdem:
2. Die Notare
Die Umschrift im Dienstsiegel enthält im unteren Halbbogen den Namen des Notars und die Wörter ‚Notar in …‘ (Ort).“ […]
