The noexit tag is used to indicate the end of a way.

noexit=yes

The way ends in the forest or before a barrier. There is no trail or way that goes further from this point. It is also useful to tag this if there is another way near to the end, so that a quality-check program will not warn about their proximity.

Use fixme=continue (or any other comment) to show that a way starts here or that the way is going further but is not mapped yet.
