London Ring Road
The Ring Road or the Inner Ring Road () is a toll-free circular primary route. The route is entirely level with traffic light junctions, except for one underpass at Euston Square. The speed limit for the route is 30 mph, except for a northbound section of Park Lane (A4202), which is 40 mph.
It has the motor_vehicle=designated tag because it is the smallest circular trip possible without entering the London Congestion Charge. It is not the boundary of the London Congestion Charge because there are service roads into private premises (such as a petrol station), and slip roads connecting to roads outside the zone (such as the anti-clockwise connection to the northbound A41), all of which are toll-free.
