Nudism/Naturism
It's a practice of not wear any clothes usually by philosofical reasons. See Nudism in wikipedia (es) (sorry english language is not avaliable) and Naturism in wikipedia (en).
In many countries, there are many places like beaches and hotels and many activities like hiking in which nudism is permitted and even officially proclamed (for example official nudist beaches in Spain[1]). For this reason, I propose the following tag:

Use
Add Template:Nudism=yes/no/permissive to any thing in which nudism is official permitted, nudism is not permitted and nudism is allowed (in this case, nudist and non-nudist will coexisted in the same place).
Note that nudism is not top-less practice. For top-less practive, please create another tag
Need
More places are officially nudist places. It's need one tag for reflecting that.
Other uses are search for nudist hotel, nudist beaches, etc. in future map applications.
