This rarely used tag is disputed (not a building type, it is a property). Consider using a building type building=* and the property building:prefabricated=*
Use building=demountable for a 
demountable building, also called a prefabricated building or prefab. These types of building are constructed off-site, then transported to the site by truck. They generally have no foundation. Demountables are not limited to school classrooms, they are also used on construction sites and at large events/festivals.
