[W] Pump track is a subcategory of BMX tracks - i.e. not every BMX track is pump track. Pump track has strategically placed hills and depressions, so you can go over the whole track in circles without using the pedals on the bicycle at all, just by "pumping" your body up and down.

For safety reasons, this circuit cannot be ridden on a bicycle (sport=cycling) but only with a BMX bike.
