How to map
Set a node 
or draw as an area 
along the outline and tag it with:
- man_made=mast
- mast:type=lightning_rod (why mixing, high usage, see "similar tags" below)
- tower:type=lightning_rod (as of man_made=mast)
If the the height is known add height=*
Tag to use in combination
- height=* - height in meters
- mast:construction=* - the kind of construction: freestanding or lattice
- material=steel - the main construction material
