Note on spelling

Some people prefer to add a leading zero to Dutch traffic sign codes which consist of a letter followed by a single digit. This is probably a form of hypercorrection to force all traffic sign codes to be three characters long. Nowadays this is not very useful as longer codes exist (e.g., G12a and OB108), but the habit is ingrained; hence traffic_sign=NL:G07 is used as well.
