Hi Chris, I've seen your request on User_talk:Jburgess. I fear you won't get an answer as I didn't. My question was on the 17th of April. I guess you did put your request there following the recommendation I followed...

Then I found a mitigation:

• ProxySimplePHP5, a proxy written in PHP caching other tile servers

I wrote it in Tile_usage_policy, but my modification was reverted.
