Admin boundary population update
Every year, INSEE (french statistics institue) updates municipality official population.
The purpose of this task is to update population=* and population:date=* tags on corresponding objects in OpenStreetMap. It is expected to run only once a year.
Why ?
On 2021-12-03, around 90% of the population=* tag were outdated compared to the data published on january 2021 reflecting 2018 population.
