Description
English: PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (March 31, 2016). During the week of March 28, civilian and military personnel from Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii Paving Team completed critical airfield pavement taxilane repairs in preparation for upcoming 2016 Rim of the Pacific multi-nation exercises scheduled for mid-June to early August. The work, essential to the operation of aircraft at Hickam Airfield, was performed at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Airfield with NAVFAC Hawaii's newly purchased paving machine.
