The fhrs:authority=* key can be used to specify the authority responsible for the inspection and rating of an establishment under the UK's Food Hygiene Rating Scheme. The authority responsible can be found in the source data as described on the UK Food Hygiene Rating System page. In most cases this can probably be derived from the authority in which the establishment is located, but it could be useful in other cases (e.g. some establishments on Port of London Authority Land outside the boundary of the City of London are inspected and rated by the Corporation of London).
