Indicates whether a feature is paved using unusual tagging scheme (surface=paved / surface=unpaved is typical).
The key paved is usually used with the values yes or no and is a more generic approach for surface values. To additionally tag the precise surface material see surface=*.
Consider using regular and standard surface=paved or surface=unpaved.
