This page describes a key suffix rather than a simple key.

For some specific keys, a suffix :2 may be added to the key in order to store a second value for that key. This scheme can be extended with suffixes :3, :4, etc. to store even more values.

This method of handling multiple values is relatively uncommon. In most cases, multiple values are instead stored in the same key separated by a semicolon (;). Look in the documentation for the specific key to see which method is preferred.
