From January to April 2012, the city of Saint-Marc is the subject of a pilot project led by COSMHA (Community OSM of Haiti) with HOT (Humanitarian OSM Team) support. It is funded by USAID/OTI (the US Agency for International Development's Office of Transition Initiatives) and aims at improving drastically the baseline data on the commune territory.
