Basics

I totally aprove the need to create more awareness for Latin America in OSM, because a lot has to be done in that continent. But I think we should not focus on buying more Satellite imagery or sending someone for a mapping tour. The point is that there is very good yahoo material that has not been used to draw roads yet. I can tell a lot of examples in Argentina. I think we should focus on creating more awareness by inviting people to work on Latin America using the yahoo images. We are working in awareness, it takes time. More mappers are needed. We have to find the way to make more publicity of the project --Beerforfree 04:08, 9 June 2011 (BST)
