This page describes tags for the "floor" of 3D buildings, which can be seen from the outside. It has meaning in cases, when building or building:part has tag min_height or building:min_level. Note, that term "floor" can produces associations with "surface you walk on indoors", but it this case this means "lower surface of building or part of building, which can be seen from the outside".

At this moment a question about using floor:material and floor:colour or bottom:material and bottom:colour is under discussion.
