playing around with OpenTouchMap (An OSM-Slippy-Map reacting to touch-gestures on capable devices like the IPhone or the Ipod Touch)

implemented url-parameters ('lat', 'lon' and 'zoom') for directly jumping to a spot:

Fixed the cookie-mess. url-parameters rule, if there are none: position in cookie is taken, if there is none: Tübingen
