Engagement Assessments

Due to the covid19 pandemic situation, all the academic institutes in Bangladesh (and most of the countries) remaining off their in-person activities. As a result, the online platform is the way to communicate and conduct sessions. During this time period, I had to arrange 6 presentation sessions about YouthMappers and its activities, ethics, terms, and conditions with different university faculty teachers and students in Bangladesh and Sri-Lanka. I have also organized 3 training sessions including one cross-chapter activity for Shahjalal University of Science and Technology and Khulna University. For these sessions most of the time I have used the "Jitsi Meet" online meeting platform to promote open-source technologies and also used Google Meet and Zoom online meeting platform. In these 3 training sessions, every member from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (25 students) and Khulna University (15 students) has joined the sessions. Of the total participants in the sessions, 62% are male and 38% are female. And I trust the ratio of female will be increased in the coming days.
