A lot of addresses around Helsinki have addr:street + addr:housenumber but are missing addr:city and/or addr:postcode. This fills in the missing keys from nearby addressed objects. Nothing existing is changed.

This is not an import. All values come from current OSM data.

A single pyosmium pass collects donors (both keys set) and needy objects (a key missing). Only objects with addr:housenumber + addr:street and a missing addr:city and/or addr:postcode are touched. Needy objects are matched to the nearest donor within 500 m. Only the missing keys are copied. Bad data (ie. wrong infilled postal code) is invalidated with the HRI postal code polygon dataset. No data is imported from this dataset. 5694 objects whose postcode disagreed with the containing polygon and 15225 outside the polygon coverage were dropped, plus any postcode not ending in 0.

Upload set contains 80417 modified objects (18902 nodes, 61515 ways) in Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen, and Vantaa.
