The world divided into places, which are geographic locations (see Wikipedia) but spanning a larger area than a precise location, and this area is frequently (but not always) limited by boundaries. A place page should utilise the {{Place}} template and contain either links to subpages including progress reports, or progress organisation/reports of the Places Mapping.
